Research

In order to not only deliver the very best care available, but to be at the forefront of innovations of the future, clinical and translational research is at the core of the Pediatric Movement Disorders Program at Barrow Neurological Institute at Phoenix Children’s Hospital. It is our goal to provide every patient with the opportunity to participate in ground-breaking research that we incorporate into every clinic visit.

This includes opportunities to participate in clinical trials seeking to improve diagnosis and treatment, as well as translational research studies using emerging technologies such as genomics, proteomics and stem cell-based neuron models.
